"I love helping people of all ages and backgrounds learn about finance. I have done online tutoring and really enjoyed helping people learn. I graduated from college with a degree in Finance in 1992 and have work in the banking and investment services since I graduated. I have been a licensed stock broker since 1995 (series 7) and earned my Certified Financial Planning degree (CFP) in 2005. I have helped a number of colleagues pass both their series 6 and series 7 investment exams. And I keep very up to date on latest industry and regulatory trends.

When I am not working I enjoy hanging out with my family (wife and two sons), running and playing soccer.

I have helped a number of co-workers prepare and pass their series 6 and 7 investment exams. My CFP certificate requires me to do 30 hours a year in continuing education.

I am a very patient teacher. It is important to me that the student not just memorize but understand the "why" of finance. Understanding the "why" will help the information to stay with you even after the class of test is over.
