"I am a pharmacist by trade with a passion for mentoring and teaching students and hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. I have been a direct preceptor for numerous pharmacy students over the last 10 years by: providing one-on-one learning experiences, engaging the students to enhance problem solving skills, assessing knowledge related to healthcare, business, communication, and pharmacology. I held an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Pharmacy position through the University of Kansas, and was an assistant in the practical lab for pharmacy students.

In training to be a pharmacist I am able to tutor in the areas of science, biology, math, and pharmacology. However my life experiences with managing a pharmacy extend into business management, professionalism, interviewee skills, and career development. I also have experience in governmental affairs related to healthcare. I welcome any pre-health professionals, business, college or K-12 students.

I am passionate about teaching, from elementary through college. When my formal teaching experience is with college students, I have patience for teaching young students through experience with my own children.
