You have started on a fun and educational journey towards learning Hebrew, Mathematics, Bat/Bar Mitzvah, or any subject under Special Education guidelines!

I am a certified math and special ed teacher and a lay Cantor- a leader of the Hebrew singing in my congregation. I have been teaching and tutoring Hebrew, Mathematics, Special Education and Bat/Bar Mitzvah preparation-- for 40 years. I have a Master's Degree in Education and Mathematics.

I have worked with students of all ages and abilities. Toddlers through grandmothers. Autistic through Gifted. Remedial Hebrew reading and basic counting skills through understanding Biblical Hebrew and Pre-calculus. And everything in between.

You and your student will learn to love Hebrew as they learn Hebrew- or love Math as they learn Math! We will sing and be both silly and serious as you and your student become the Scholars that you hope to be!

If you are a typical student, a student with special needs, or a student who is gifted and needs more challenging Hebrew liturgy or mathematics to learn, your educational needs and desires will be met, and you will enjoy yourself throughout your learning.

My students love working with me- we have fun and learn a lot.

In addition to my Master's in Math Ed, I studied Hebrew, liturgy, and cantillation at Gratz College, as part of their Hebrew Music program. I founded and led a Hebrew Children's Choir, sing with an adult Hebrew choir, and regularly lead the musical Hebrew portions of Jewish services.
