"My name is Dwayne M. and I am a criminal justice professional with 22 plus years experience. I have worked in both the public and private sector. The vast majority of my experience has been working with Juvenile Justice. I have managed everything from community based programs to detention, residential, youth development centers, and a maximum secured residential program as well. Currently, my career path has taken me to North Carolina and managing a youth program in the private sector. In addition, I have 5+ years teaching criminal justice/ organizational leadership courses as an adjunct professor with 2 universities.
