"I have been teaching English at the high school level for four years. I have taught all high school grade levels, with the exception of 12th grade. I have been reading since the age of five, so I understand the importance of obtaining a love for reading. I believe that hard work trumps everything else when it comes to learning.

I have had great success working with all types of students, including those with Individual Education Plans and Language Education Plans. I have a great passion for seeing young people succeed and I look forward to working with you.

I believe that the qualities that make me an outstanding English tutor are as follows:

1. a genuine desire to see all students succeed

2. a love for the subject area, including reading and writing, and
