"I went to school to be a special education teacher. I taught special ed Math for 20 years. I am very good at finding creative ways to remember things, and shortcuts to make math easier! For the last 14 years I have taught Algebra 1 groups, and worked in a learning resource center tutoring pre-alg, Alg 2, and Geometry. My focus has been preparing students for the Algebra KEYSTONE Exam.

Outside of school, I have been a private tutor for various math levels for almost 15 years. I have tutored students ages 10-20. I tutor in several different locations, which was decided and mutually agreed upon between myself and the families.
