"I completed my elementary education program at the University of Idaho, and subsequently went on to get my B.A. in secondary education. I am state certified with my endorsement in history. I enjoy seeing my students reach their fullest potential. Especially when it is a student that seems to be struggling in a certain area. Then all of the sudden they have that ah ha moment. That's when I know I have succeeded. I remember helping a young man overcome his fear of public speaking while teaching a speech class. When he approached me the day he graduated and told me how I helped him, it was overwhelming. To me this is about making a difference, building that foundation.

I have the ability to make science fun and interactive. More than reading out of a textbook. Using technology and real world materials to science.

I utilize a variety of techniques, because each student is different and learns different. Also having a great appreciation for the written word allows me help others enjoy it.
