"I love learning foreign languages and I want to transmit that love to you! Oral language is unique to human beings. I think it's fascinating how languages have developed over time and the differences between them from the alphabets they use to the grammar they've developed and their vocabulary and expressions.

I believe in using as much of the target language as possible when teaching. There's no sense me talking to you in English if I can say it/explain it in the language you want to learn. That's not to say I won't speak English as necessary but don't underestimate yourself and your ability to learn a language without using a lot of English.

I also have an excellent background in grammar so for English-speaking individuals who need help with writing/composition, I can be a great resource.

I work best with students of junior high/middle school age and up through adult.

We will have fun together! I will use aural, visual and kinesthetic techniques while teaching/tutoring you so that we find out what combination of learning modalities best suit you.
