"Welcome! I have been an Elementary School teacher for 4 years. Before I became a teacher, I was a classroom assistant. I have a total of 8 years in the classroom. I have taught grades 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. I am familiar with Common Core Standards and methods. I know that math and reading methods have changed when your parents were in school and I can help with the 'new' way. I also tutor students after school at an enrichment center. Students attend this enrichment center are in grades K-5th.

Working with manipulatives such as unifix cubes an base ten blocks are helpful in math. There is lots of software that use this as well. I have taught math in grades 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.

Going back and finding your answers and diving deeper into text is what is required in the 21st century. I can help you navigate texts to find your answers!
