"I am an experienced and dynamic teacher offering 1-on-1 guidance across a broad range of subjects in the general humanities for students in grades 4 -12. I have taught courses in writing, art history, philosophy, literature and theology, integrating aspects of anthropology, psychology, transdisciplinary architecture, film theory and gender studies at top colleges. Additionally, I have also designed and guided intensive programs in writing and art for high school students, led workshops in integrative educational strategies, and have tutored in college learning centers where we work with students to develop personal plans for honing study skills. I hold an MFA in Writing and have presented my performance and installation-based art at galleries and museums across the country.
