"I am an experienced teacher in the social sciences, politics and government, history, English, writing, and English as a Second Language. I tutor students from the primary school level to advanced graduate students. Although I am a published scholar, I am approachable, easy-going, and adaptable. My job is to help my students help themselves quickly and easily in a way that makes learning the material interesting and fun also. I have a multi-cultural background and am comfortable speaking in 5 different languages (I'm native in English). I can help any student catch up with a course, pass an exam, prepare a paper, or learn why their coursework is interesting and important. I can help prepare and edit a Ph.D. dissertation also, if the student requires it. I've done all of this successfully, both in my own life and with my students.
