"My name is Juliana S. and I moved here to the United States from Spain earlier this year. I hold a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and have much experience tutoring chemistry and math. Most of my students wanted to prepare for university exams and improve their knowledge in the subjects.

I later worked as a Chemical Engineer for one of the biggest Petrochemical Contractors in the world (the largest in Spain) for more than 3 years. I have vast experience working with P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).

What I really love about tutoring is seeing my students gain confidence and becoming at ease with math and chemistry. Math and chemistry can be super easy if they are explained properly and I feel that simple and easy to understand explanations are my strength.

Due to the fact that the Spanish language is important to learn, I would love to teach Spanish as well. I do not have formal experience with this, but I am a native speaker with Colombian roots. I have lived in both Spain and South America and I know the differences between Latin Spanish and Spanish from Spain. I love the language and would be excited to teach it.
