"I am currently a Building Substitute Teacher at a public elementary school in Worcester, Massachusetts, where I work with students in grades K through 6. I support full classrooms as well as small groups, and frequently work with students one-on-one to strengthen foundational reading, writing, and math skills. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and am working on passing my MTELS to become a full time teacher. My experience in the classroom allows me to adapt my teaching style to meet a wide range of student needs, including behavioral, academic, and emotional support.

Over the past year, I’ve led instruction across multiple subjects and grade levels, including supporting students with IEPs and English language learners. My approach is rooted in patience and positive reinforcement — I believe that when students feel safe, understood, and supported, they’re able to learn more effectively.
