"My interest in becoming a Spanish teacher is driving my passion for helping Spanish learners succeed, and I would like to assist students with all the tools and knowledge I possess. Many students are not aware of how important and effective learning a second language is, and my job is to share this vital information with my students. When I was in high school, I was convinced by the organization and motivation of one of my English teachers and this is one of the reasons I decided to become a Spanish teacher.

I transferred to SFSU in 2014 from the College of San Mateo and decided to major in Spanish after the first semester. I have been a Spanish tutor since 2015, and now, I am more convinced about my career as a Spanish teacher. I consider myself bilingual and bicultural in Spanish and English, and I consider myself persistent, organized, humorous, and patient. I have a high interest in supporting students with their education and helping them succeed in their classes.

I am currently working as a Spanish teacher in a private high school in Menlo Park teaching all levels of Spanish, including AP Spanish and Culture.
