I am a native of Thailand. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management and have experience working for a state enterprise for over ten years in Bangkok, Thailand. I speak very clear standard Thai. I have experience as a Thai language teacher since 2009, experience working for

1. Washington Language Center, teaching government employees.

2. Special Operation Forces Teletraining System (SOFTS), online teaching military.

3. Millburn Academy, a subsidiary of Catapult Learning, LLC.

4. Private classes, online and in-person teaching in the US and internationally.

My Thai lessons focus on "standard Thai." You will learn to speak to any Thai person from a child to a professor. My teaching includes listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This is not only for learning the language. It is also for learning about Thai culture.

Although the Thai language has five tones and thirty two vowels, it is not a difficult language to learn. My experience teaching one on one is the best way to gain fluency. I offer classes vie Skype or online and in-person. The best way to learn a language is by speaking with a native speaker.

I use my own material that will help you learn from beginner to advance levels. If you have your own material or text books, we can use those as well.

Pricing:

Online lesson: $25/hour

In-person: $35/hour (available in Fort Myer only)
