"My name is Mokhtar and I am 38. For over 16 years I have been creating art in a variety of mediums. From pen and pencil, to mouse and stylus, I’ve got you covered. In my life, I have found that one of the most fulfilling experiences has been tutoring. Using some uncommon methods, I will strive to make the lessons fun, highly personal, and most importantly, informative.

I believe that learning means something different for every student, and in much the same way, how each student learns is entirely unique. That is, ultimately, what I enjoy about this line of work. Being able to construct a course that is tailored to the individual student is far more rewarding than creating a general discussion that must fit many different types of students.

Prior to this, I have provided tutoring services to college students in Logic, Critical Thinking, English, and Statistics. I have also been employed as an art tutor inside the La Palma Correctional Center in Arizona and mentored artists within the California Department of Corrections.

Frankly, language is one of my favorite educational tracks. In my college career, I have always maintained a 4.0 GPA in English, whether that be writing, reading, or literature.

Over 15-years of design experience in visual arts, I have had the honor of producing works, for sale and display, throughout the community. I have created images ranging in size from 6”x6” illustrations to murals up to 120’ long.
