"My name is Andrew C. I graduated from California State University, East Bay with a Master's in Computer Science, a Bachelor's in Computer Science, and an Associate's in Philosophy, with a Certificate in Japanese.

While studying for my Master's, I took up positions as a Teaching Associate, Grading Assistant, and Lab Assistant. In that time, I learned how to teach people, help people reach the conclusion of their assignment, and examine their methods of thinking.

As part of pursuing my Computer Science degree, I took up a number of Math courses, ranging from Calculus to Linear Algebra, and much more in-between. What I do, in addition to going over the steps, is examine how people reach the conclusions they do. I talk through their thought process, see what their strengths and weaknesses are, and adapt accordingly.

When it comes to Philosophy, I will say my greatest strengths would be to discuss logic and rationality. I discuss and examine how people reach the conclusions they do, and help them develop the tools in order to understand the material, and their own thought process, to reach the best conclusion.

My greatest strength, I have the utmost confidence in helping people learn Computer Science. I specialize primarily in using C++, but I'm well-attuned at teaching Data Structures, Automata, and other related topics in other languages. I take a majority of my experience in my years as a Lab Assistant helping students and as a Teaching Associate learning how people understand the material.

I'm always ready and willing to help when necessary. I will reply as soon as possible, and answer any questions as best as I can." less...
