"I taught in a private high school in PA and then a public high school in VA before I became a stay-at-home mom to my three children. I started tutoring for extra income and liked it so much I never went back to full time teaching.

One of my children has learning disabilities and individual attention and tutors were essential to his educational success. That was valuable experience I have been able to apply to students who struggle with learning in the traditional classroom setting. I have tutored all levels of high school math as well as community college and adult students. I also help students prepare for SAT, ACT, GRE and GED exams.
