"I have been working with students for about 5 years as both a tutor and a certified teacher. I started tutoring in college when local high school students needed extra help with their math and it has spiraled from there. I have helped children as young as 3 learning to read to college students preparing for calculus finals. I enjoy being the person who finally makes a lesson "click" for a student.

As a high school teacher, I have learned that students who are asking for help are the ones that are willing to put in the most work to ensure that they understand the material. Because of this, I am always willing to help students who need help going that extra mile.

I have always been an outstanding math student. It was the subject that made the most sense in my brain. I liked how there were rules and steps and there was always a right answer. This logical approach means that I help students see the individual steps to take. I also have a bachelors in math and am a certified teacher.
