I am an experienced online tutor and have been an adjunct professor at the local community college. I have taught Principles of Microeconomics and Principles of Macroeconomics. In my time as a grad student at Florida State University I taught five classes of Principles of Microeconomics and I received the Sobel Academic Achievement Award for PhD Candidates in 2011. Prior to grad school I scored a 800 on the math section of the GRE, a perfect score. My duties also included being a teaching assistant for many other economics classes, a tutor in the computer lab, and a research assistant for the experimental economics lab. I have been tutoring online since 2013 and have enjoyed every minute of it. I love the "ah ha" moment that a student gets when an idea clicks in a lesson. Economics has always been an interest of mine and it is great to share my knowledge with others (even if I annoy my friends by talking about it to much.) I specialize in microeconomics and game theory and tutor both up to the PhD level. Other fields I enjoy are environmental econ, experimental econ, public choice, and public finance. Although I still help with macroeconomics as well and anything econ related.

Game theory has been a specific interest as I enjoy strategic behavior. This can be seen in private life as I will play any type of game or competition. Whether it be sports (soccer, volleyball, basketball, ultimate,) video games, or board games, I always love a good challenge. I'm also a big Star Wars fan. I have a diverse taste in music and play the harmonica.
