"I have a Bachelors in Math Education and Masters in Applied Statistics. Several years experience helping students from all levels. I've helped students from different backgrounds--from students with an IEP to gifted students. I have not met a willing student whom I could not help. I excel at clearly explaining challenging math concepts in a way that students can understand.

My approach during tutoring sessions is to first show a few math problems step-by-step and answer any questions. Then I have students do some problems on their own to make sure they understand. I have about 100 math books and online resources to provide students with additional practice when needed. Also, when students have questions on a day we are not tutoring I accept questions by text, phone call, or email.
