"I recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a Master of Public Health and hold a B.A. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a certificate in Public Health. I also have associate degrees in Liberal Arts, Psychology, and Health Sciences, and I’m a proud member of Phi Beta Kappa.

I’ve tutored in a university STEM center, supporting students in biology, chemistry, anatomy, physiology, and ecology. I’ve served as a teaching assistant for Environmental Health and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at multiple universities and worked in an ecology research lab identifying invertebrate species from Australia. My liberal arts background—which includes literature, philosophy, and psychology—helps me bring a well-rounded, flexible approach to learning.

My experience as an Emergency Medical Technician and on Search and Rescue teams has also given me hands-on exposure to the medical field, strengthening my ability to teach complex concepts with clarity and real-world grounding.
