"Greetings!

I have a passion for helping people, and particularly enjoy seeing little ones blossom in their reading and learning skills. It opens up such a new world to them - for life!

However, my experience is not limited to young learners. I also have a passion to help older students as well.

I am very good at English Grammar and Reading. I helped home school my granddaughter in 1st grade, and she ended that year reading in 3rd grade level. I can not take all the credit - she is smart. I have helped dozens of students (of high school and college) write their term papers. Every one made either an A or an A+.

I also help in preparation of tests and learning study skills and time management/organization for all ages.

I have been an instructor in a business school for over 5 years. I have taught several courses. I wrote the lesson plans and instructed Business Ethics and Etiquette courses, so don't be surprised if I throw a piece of etiquette or ethics into our lessons. I have also been a substitute teacher in all grades for 5 years.

I am enthusiastic, caring, dependable, and dedicated to my students, with the mission to help them the best way I can and to bring in parents and teachers to make this a team effort, all for the benefit of the student. I bring a sense of humor with me.

I would like to help you or your child get through whatever difficult times with your studies. My first concern is helping you or your child become better at whatever it is you want to become better, and make the best out of this opportunity to learn. I will require work from you, but you will appreciate it later.

My educational background includes a Bachelors of Science, specializing in Health Care Administration and a minor in Social Sciences. I earned a Masters in Management, more specific Organizational Development and Management / Human Resources. (Say that fast 3 times). I have been a volunteeer instructor for the American Red Cross for many, many years, and that is where I developed my passion to teach.
