"I am a native speaker of Spanish. I have worked as a personal Spanish tutor with people of different ages in several different occasions. I also have been a translator/international communicator for groups of people. I have a strong understanding of all Spanish grammar rules and good essay writing skills. I am a PhD holder in the field of agricultural economics and enjoy teaching different subjects including Spanish which is my native language. I believe in my students and their ability to succeed and encourage them constantly. My persistence and patience serves to motivate my students.

I have designed and developed individualized tutoring strategies for student skill levels and tutored students in grammar, spelling, punctuation, paragraph writing and essay writing skills. I have also tutored students that needed to improve their speaking and writing skills. Organization is very important for tutoring so I develop teaching materials when necessary and test students for their comprehension of Spanish to identify areas of needed improvement.
