"Hello, my name is Massimiliana and I love teaching this wonderful language, the Italian culture and let you experience the way of life of my beautiful home country! I am an Italian native speaker, born near Rome, where I studied and earned my Masters degree in Languages and Foreign Literature in 1996. I have been travelling outside of Italy with my family since 1998, but I keep close ties and I return 'home' at least twice per year, In my travel abroads I have been so privileged to learn from many different cultures and to have the opportunity to teach Italian to students of all levels and backgrounds in Colleges and Italian Associations across Belgium, Ireland and US where I recently moved to in 2015. I am currently an adjunct professor of Italian at the College of Lake County. Feel free to contact me to try just one session together, I will be happy to learn about your interests and objectives. Know that I prepare each and every lesson with great care, and no two lessons are the same. My objective is to make sure you reach your goals with minimal effort, enjoying our time together. I will provide all the material needed, follow up exercises and I am always available outside our classes to support your learning in a friendly way. Also - while classes are conducted primarily in Italian, I can complement explanations in English, Spanish or French especially for beginners and intermediate levels. I will teach you with simple and very effective methods, having fun along the way - which is the best way to learn in my opinion.
