I enjoy to teach Spanish because I am a native speaker from Mexico. I like to share Latin American culture through the Spanish language. I teach Spanish "before school" to kids in a public school, and I am a tutor for adults who want to learn or just practice Spanish as a second language. My lessons are interactive, I like to use books, songs, short films, and play games, when I am teaching. I am sure that "immersion" in a target language is the best and easiest way to learn it.

I would like to teach you the correct pronunciation and read fluently with the right phonetics. I can also teach you how to express your thoughts in writing. Writing and reading also enhance your communication skills in the target language.

I am a Mesoamerican archaeologist and I have conducted studies on multiple ancient sites in Central Mexico. I also specialize in archaeological illustration, and have drawn inscribed monuments, painted murals, and a variety of antiques in many publications. Since 2009 I have lived in Concord, MA, and I would like to help you learn Spanish while teaching you about the ancient cultures of Mexico from an insider's point of view.
