I like to encourage repetition in learning. I use reverse teaching which means the student teaches the teacher. I believe the material can become embedded into memory when it is taught. I also encourage questions and may ask for the student to use resources to obtain the answer before I answer the question. I use resources and strongly encourage students to use any and all resources available to them to find answers.
