Basic piano is easy. Give it thirty minutes per week of practice, and see me once per week for one hour, and you will learn basic piano. The minimum time frame is 2 years. I have really great books that are fun and easy to learn. You have to be dedicated though, and really love piano.

My Piano History

I have had 2 years of formal instruction by a classical piano teacher at Fountain Valley Music School. This was back about thirty years ago. I went through the entire piano course. I have taken and passed one semester of Basic Music Theory 115, Diatonic Music Theory 116. and Music Appreciation 101 at Golden West College. Since 2008 I have taught piano."
