I like to teach my students based on my leadership skills. I would use my ambition, discipline and motivation skills to show students that hard work is required but it pays off at the end. In addition, I like to use a coaching style teaching approach. First, show students how its done - read it, explain it and pronounce it, then have the students repeat in several times until I see they get it. I would also reinforce the newly-learned subject by using visual aids, board games, puzzles and role-playing.
