"I am currently a High School Math teacher in Clermont Florida who enjoys helping students succeed in all subjects of Mathematics. I have been teaching for over 11 years and I chose to tutor because I see many students come into my classroom with lack of wanting to learn Math. Math is a tough subject for many students who did not receive a solid foundation in elementary and middle school. My purpose is to strive to help students fill in these gaps which is usually the reason why they struggle understanding these math concepts. Math builds on itself every year and if the student did not grasp the concept as they learn it, it can affect his/her ability to succeed in future math classes.

I have Teaching Certifications in Middle 5-9 and High 6-12 Math. I have tutored many students in all Math subjects from Elementary to College level. Math has also been my favorite subject and I make every effort to encourage the ability to positively succeed in math for all my students.

When tutoring my students I try to make them feel comfortable in the learning process. I help them chose the best method that would suit them in retaining and understanding how to solving the problem. I strive to give them the confidence in achieving their education goals. As a patience and personable individual I am able to help with easing students constant frustrations with math topics.
