"My name is Sean G. and I am a STEM teacher teaching a variety of subjects, such as biology, organic chemistry, chemistry, mechanics, thermodynamics, calculus, pre-calculus, algebra, and statistics, among others! I also tutor algebra at a local technical college during the evenings. I have been a teacher for just about half a year now, and I have been a tutor (on paper) for about a year, though I have been tutoring students on and off for about 5 years now (mostly within college). I teach students with varying levels of material mastery in a wide array of subjects, so I am comfortable adjusting "the level" of my speech and discussion. This fits in with my fundamental philosophy behind tutoring: it's all about you, the student, so why wouldn't I adapt to your needs?

Finally, a word about problem solving: problem-solving, at its core, is more of an art than a science. I can give you my advice from "being there and having done that" and I can give you insights into what a problem is really asking, but then" less...
