"I have a passion for explaining math in a way that is easy to understand. I have been tutoring middle school, high school, and college math and science for about 4 years. I have a background in biomedical engineering but am currently teaching high school math and physics. I obtained my minor in chemistry in 2020 and have been tutoring chemistry for about one year. When tutoring I aim to not only strengthen math and science skills but to build confidence as well, helping students to succeed long after tutoring.
I have a background in SolidWorks, including holding tutoring sessions for SolidWorks prep. The knowledge I have gained through college coursework has given me the skill set to tutor math, chemistry, physics, and biology. My teaching experience gives me the ability to be an exceptional tutor.
I have been teaching precalculus, calculus, chemistry, biology, and AP physics for 3 years. I’ve been tutoring ACT prep for about 4 years now.
I have experience tutoring pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, College Algebra, Pre-Calculus, calculus, ACT prep, physics, chemistry, biology (with the exception of plants and taxonomy). I have tutored students in need of help with writing and have experience in helping students with learning disabilities.

During my session with such students, I will avoid eye contact with them to make them feel more comfortable while learning the subject they're struggling with.
I have a major in biomedical engineering from UAB, a minor in math, and chemistry. I am one class away from obtaining my minor in biology. I got a 33 composite on my ACT with a 33 in English and reading, a 35 in math, and a 30 in science. I know a few tricks!" less...
