"Hello! I am a passionate and dedicated educator with over ten years of experience in the classroom! I have taught Advanced Placement United States History at the high school level and also U.S History to 1876 and U.S. History since 1876 at the college level. In addition to teaching I have also facilitated the ACT Language and ACT Reading preparation camps during the summer.

I have impeccable English written and oral communication skills. I have also facilitated several ACT Reading prep camps through Arkansas State University over the previous three summers. Those students have increased their ACT Reading scores 3+ points!

My passion combines with my content knowledge. I can help students see the connections between historical eras and sort out the continued relevance for the present. I have taught American History at both the high school and college levels for 10 years.
