"Growing up poor, in a small community to two very humble and hard working parents, of whom their primary language was Spanish, presented many challenges in my education. As my parents continued to raise a family of six and make ends meet they both ensured they'd take an active role in my education. They always stressed the importance of stability for their children and an education for all. But through the years, life was hard and money was scarce. They knew and understood the damaging effects from traveling from state to state to work as migrants would have on our education. But their love, support and constant promise that we would all get an education and live to make for better conditions was just around the corner. It was with this support and mindset that I appreciated what sacrifice was and so I promised my parents I would make something positive out of our hardships and family experiences. It was not until I attended a major public university that I really understood that life is hard, but if you believe and want it bad enough, you can accomplish anything. And so, it is with great pride and attention to detail that I strive to produce the best teaching tools to help students reach their fullest learning potential!

I love to model and show the students how to find, use and understand new information. The idea is that the students will learn best by observing and mimicking what the teacher does, exactly as the teacher does it!
