"I received my PhD in psychology from West Virginia University in 1981, majoring in Behavioral Analysis. I originally planned to teach psychology, but for a number of reasons I decided to work as a consultant instead. I spent 30+ years designing, installing and supporting hospital information systems. However, I never lost my love for teaching. While working, I taught as an adjunct professor at Duquesne University, University of Pittsburgh and University of North Carolina.

I have recently retired from "Corporate America" and returned to my original goal of teaching psychology. I am currently an adjunct professor in psychology at Cape Fear Community College and Brunswick Community College. I find psychology a fascinating subject and enjoy explaining it to students.

I have a PhD in psychology and currently teach psychology at two different community colleges. I am passionate about psychology and spend several hours a day reading current articles and research.
