"With over 20 years teaching and tutoring from Pre-K through College level, I enjoy working individually with students. Through testing and observation, I am able to provide students with remediation required to solve their reading and education difficulties. Much of my teaching has been in helping students advance from lower levels to on level or above level.

Tutoring provides me the chance to have an immediate effect on a student's learning. I have a proven ability to bring students from doing poorly or failing in specific subjects to an honor role report card. Nothing is better than being able to see the happiness in students' faces when they understand the lessons that they were previously having difficulty with! If one strategy is not helping the student, we will work together to find the strategy that works for him/her.

I am a Reading Specialist with an M.A. in Reading and have taught/tutored from K-College. Presently, I am a Senior Adjunct and tutor at Rowan College at Burlington County, and I have also tutored at Mercer County College. I have extensive experience with private tutoring for students from K-College, along with SSAT Students and those taking entrance exams to colleges.
