"Hi, I'm Stephen! I'm a recent cum laude graduate of Florida State University, having majored in Exercise Physiology and minored in Chemistry. I've worked as a researcher in a high-level neuroscience lab for over 2.5 years and now I currently work as a research scientist at a private biopharmaceutical company focused on genomics-based therapeutics and put the very things I've learned in the classroom to help people who need it most. I'm very passionate about science and helping people understand complex subjects in science.

Having been a part of many difficult science courses, I can relate to a lot of you out there wanting some help. I loved the study sessions with my friend groups because I would always tutor them or be the one they come to for questions. From my experience, I found that testing my knowledge of the subject by the ability of me to teach it to someone else was the true measure of knowing whether you'd remember it come test day. Having loved the role of being someone to go to as a resource, I miss helping other students out. I learn things very quickly and try my best to convey it in a way that makes it relatable for you to understand.

Here are some qualifications to share with you: I have been offered jobs from multiple biopharmaceutical companies in various biology related roles. I received an A in all the following classes: Chemistry II, Organic Chemistry I/II/Lab, Biochemistry, Physics I/II/Lab, Biology I, all Exercise Physiology classes. I received an A- in the following: Biology II and Genetics.
