"I love to help people. When I was on a two year mission in South Africa, I discovered a few things. "I love to help people. When I was on a two year mission in South Africa, I discovered a few things. First, there were a lot of people that struggled with the basics in school, especially math which was a big stress to the kids and their parents. Second, because they didn't understand it in class, they just assumed they weren't good at it. I found that wasn't true, they just needed a different view. I enjoy working with and getting to know people and strive to create a comfortable environment where learning is fun and interesting. As a Mechanical Engineering student at BYU, I have the opportunity to fine tune my skills in math and science and would love to be able to pass on any knowledge I have.
