"I have been a Spanish and Social Studies Teacher for 21 years. I have worked with students of all ages during this time. Every summer I travel to a Spanish-speaking country and immerse myself in the language and culture. I love sharing these experiences with my students.

My first teaching job was at a Bilingual School in Honduras. Since then I have taught all levels of high school Spanish from beginner to Literature and Culture classes. Also, I have taught Spanish at the college level.

I am an avid reader and writer. I enjoy traveling and writing about my experiences. It is a joy to share this work with students and inspire their writing passion.

I am certified to teach Secondary Social Studies. I have taught all the Social Sciences but especially love History and Geography.
