My name is Dee and I am a special education teacher. I have recently completed my master's degree in education. During my time in college I also worked as a substitute teacher with eleven years of teaching. I also earned a reading endorsement from the university I attended. Upon completion of praxis tests I will be certified in mild/moderate licensure and also be a (HQT) Highly Qualified Teacher in reading.

While attending the university I tutored several students through the university community learning center. It was a very rewarding experience working with the students. I find that one on one tutoring session seems to be the best way for students who struggle with comprehension and fluency. I will develop a program that will best fit the needs of your child.
