"Hi! I'm currently a speech language teacher for headstart and daycares. I've been a therapist in the schools in Mississippi and Tennessee for a total of 8 years. I've worked with students ranging from 3 to 21 years of age. I began tutoring in high school. My greatest joys with tutoring are seeing my students independently using the skills I taught them and seeing that sense of confidence because they've finally mastered that skill.

As a speech language therapist I ensure students have strong phonemic awareness and vocabulary skills which strengths and improves reading skills. With 8 years of experience, I've gained knowledge and techniques to assist students across different levels of learning.

As a speech therapist my goal is to ensure students have strong phonics skills. I continue to gain knowledge of the most current techniques through continuing education training so I know my students are receiving the best support possible to learn the skills needed to work independently.
