My name is Jeremiah, and welcome to my tutoring page. I am glad you've taken the time to stop by and read my page. I am excited about the possibility of helping you improve your ability, confidence, and success in mathematics. I am an experienced math teacher, having taught high school mathematics over 6 years. I have worked at both public and private high schools. During this time, I have taught the following subjects, multiple times, both at the regular and honors levels: Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, and Calculus. I have also taught AP Calculus AB. Additionally, I have helped students prepare for the math section of both the CAHSEE and SAT.

With so many qualified math tutors out there, why should you choose me? Students have told me how well I explain math concepts. They have also told me how I make complex concepts seem simple. And because of my extensive teaching experience, I am able to quickly assess students’ needs and areas where they may need help. I can easily adapt to most learning styles. Most importantly, I pride myself as a math teacher in my ability to explain a topic or concept several different ways if a student isn't fully grasping one approach.
