"Hello! I'm Savanna. I am a current graduate student in the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium training to become a clinical psychologist. I attended Boston College for undergrad, where I received Bachelors of Science in Biology and Psychology. I have experience working with people of all ages. As well as preparing lesson materials for summer camps I have worked. I am passionate about the subjects I know, and I am excited to share that with others. I like to translate the material in a relevant, applicable way to understand how the content is used in the real world. I firmly believe that with an open mind and engagement with the material, anyone has the opportunity to grasp any subject!

I believe math is a subject that seems daunting to many people, but once learned can be very rewarding and applicable to the real world. Understanding problem-solving is an important skill to have. I have received top scores on the math sections of the SAT and GRE exams. I have two years tutoring math at an elementary school and middle school levels.

I have used Adobe Photoshop for nine years as a hobby and professionally. During undergrad, I was the Photography Editor for the student newspaper where I did many different photo editing techniques for online and print publications, as well as taught these techniques to my group of photography staff members.
