"Hi, I'm Jordan! I am currently studying Criminal Justice at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I completed high school at John Paul the Great Academy, where I developed a deep love for writing and reading, which has continued into my college career. I have been incredibly lucky to have teachers who teach with passion and a desire to share their knowledge, and now I would like to do the same for others.

I am currently a part-time gymnastics coach, teaching preschoolers and assisting with beginners' classes. In addition to this, I've been babysitting since I was thirteen and helping those children to complete their school assignments and learn.

In high school, I participated in speech and debate, as well as completing a capstone project over the course of my senior year where I worked hard to understand and compile information in order to complete a twenty-page paper and ten-minute speech. As rigorous and tedious as this process was, I thoroughly enjoyed working hard, with the help of my advisors, to make my paper as perfect as it could be. That hard work paid off as I won first place in my college freshman class for a research paper on restorative justice in the criminal justice system. I have completed all of my English and literature requirements at ULL and feel confident in my ability to help other students to learn as well.
