"I have enjoyed a teaching career that spans more than 10 years. Even after leaving the classroom to start a family of my own, I still allowed time in my life for tutoring students who needed help with all subjects. It is amazing that I fell in love with teaching since I entered college and graduate school strictly to become a forensic pathologist. I believe that my calling was to be a blessing to young people.

I have several hobbies, including scrap booking, reading science fiction, writing poetry and short stories, blogging and bike riding. When it comes to tutoring, I am even more alive than when engaging in my hobbies.

I think that what makes me fun to work with is my patience and sense of humor. I can often make a student laugh at their own mistakes and embrace their strengths.

It just radiates from within me, that I truly care and love seeing a student realize their own potential. Hopefully through connecting with Wyzant, I can continue to give of myself in a way that is mutually beneficial for all involved." less...
