"My name is Anuj and I am a graduate student at UNT. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a merit scholarship from the University of Texas-Austin with a B.A. in Psychology, a Business Foundations Certificate from McCombs School of Business (with High Honors), and a minor in German with a GPA of 3.92! I was a straight A student in high school as well, and took all advanced and AP classes. When I was at one of my high schools in Louisiana, the classes were all done online. I managed to finish all of the requirements for high school when I was only 14! I scored a 34 composite on my ACT and 2120 on my SAT, and would be happy to help with the challenges of preparing for standardized tests, as well as regular subjects for school.

In high school, I found that I highly enjoyed tutoring my peers in the areas they were struggling, and began professionally tutoring as soon as my 2nd year of college at UT Austin. Over the last 5 years, I have tutored students from middle school - college in everything from math + science to German to piano lessons to ACT/SAT test prep in the Austin, Houston, and DFW areas with wonderful results.

I tailor all of my tutoring sessions to meet your individual needs/goals. I always try to use you or your child's textbook to ensure that the material is being learned in the expected way, but very often I also supplement those materials with extra worksheets or problems for practice to ensure independent understanding.

I can provide a quiet learning environment, travel to your home if within my travel radius, or we can meet at a quiet library or coffee shop for tutoring sessions. I do ask for 24 hour notice of cancellations, and am happy to schedule make-up lessons!
