"I've had two great careers in my life--journalism and teaching. I've loved them both and bring what I've learned to my work as a tutor. My background as a reporter and editor, followed by 12 years as an independent studies tutor in Santa Monica and Redondo Beach, has helped me learn not only the craft of writing but how to help others improve their writing, research, editing and proofreading skills.
