My name is D. and I am an outplacement consultant. The gentleman I am currently working with speaks very little English. In an effort to help him find work, I am considering tutoring services to improve his English speaking skills. It would be very helpful to me if you could answer the following questions: 1. What type of certificate/documentation showing his “fluency”/English proficiency would be available at the end of the tutoring/training? 2.
