USMLE Step 1 online

Will be taking Step 1 in the next 4-6 weeks. I have attempted Step 1 recently but didn't make it. Need help with creating a structure, improve test taking abilities and get better at how to approach a question. Interested in 4-5 sessions a week. Could do in person at NY public library if convenient.
