Reading in Baltimore, MD

Hello I am the parent of a lovely 15 year old girl who has just entered her first year of high school and is already struggling because of her reading comprehension skills. This has been a problem since she began school that i thought would get better with time but it hasn't i'm really feeling that the school system has failed us. I am in desperate need of help i don't want my child to give up on school
